"Afag production plant"

The production plant produces fully automatic salt and pepper shakers and whistles. The system is equipped with various control systems, drive technologies and an RFID system.

The plant is to be expanded to a spice mixing plant. Pepper and salt are weighed using a load cell, depending on the mixing specifications.

Then the mixture is shaken, to obtain a uniform distribution of the spice shares.

​Further focal points are the optimization of the process with the help of the RFID system as well as the operation via the Industrie 4.0 technology.
